Cat Net Services in Mumbai by Aarushi Bird Nets
Veterinarians in Mumbai see cat falls from balconies far too often – the condition is common enough to have a name, "high-rise syndrome". Cats chase birds and insects without judging height, and even indoor cats can slip through railing gaps.
Aarushi Bird Nets installs dedicated cat nets made from thicker, abrasion-resistant yarn with a smaller mesh, fixed with closer hook spacing so cats cannot push through edges or climb out over the top.
What Makes a Good Cat Net
A normal fine bird net can be clawed or chewed through over time. A proper cat net uses heavier knotted nylon, a 25 mm or smaller mesh so paws and heads don't get stuck, and a fully closed perimeter including the top edge.
We also check for climbing points – AC units, plant stands, grills – and design the net so your cat can't use them to escape.

Cat Net – Frequently Asked Questions
Can cats chew through the net?
Our cat nets use thick, abrasion-resistant yarn. Like any net, occasional inspection is wise, but chewing through a heavy cat net is uncommon.
Which colour cat net is less visible?
Black nets are usually less visible from inside because they don't reflect light. Transparent nets blend better against light-coloured walls.
Will my cat get stuck in the mesh?
We use a small 20–25 mm mesh so paws and heads cannot get trapped.
Can you make a catio on my balcony?
Yes. We can enclose a section of your balcony or terrace as a safe outdoor space for your cats.
Is the cat net also a bird net?
Yes. The same net keeps pigeons and crows out, so your balcony stays clean.
